Partilibur Caravan 2026 — From promotion to lasting audience connections
An official information hub supporting ticket sales, a consistent festival identity, and audience connections beyond the event.
Business context
Partilibur Caravan 2026 brought music, communities, and a carnival experience to Kota Batu on 1–2 August 2026. We translated that experience into an official website supporting the audience journey: discovering the event, planning a visit, reaching official ticket channels, and returning to the festival documentation afterwards.
Where work was getting stuck
Festival promotion needs consistent information as performer announcements, schedules, and ticket categories develop. Visitors need clear answers and a clear route to purchase. After the event, organisers also need a place for documentation, sponsor and community visibility, merchandise enquiries, and partnership conversations.
The priorities we addressed
We organised the website around audience needs at each stage. During promotion, performer information, schedules, the venue, and ticket guidance led visitors to official channels such as Artatix. After the festival, the emphasis shifted to galleries, the aftermovie, and event stories. Partilibur’s visual identity connected these stages into one recognisable brand experience.
How the system supports operations
The website connects event information with external ticket channels and relevant WhatsApp contacts. In its post-event phase, visitors can browse photographs, watch the aftermovie, read event stories, and contact the merchandise store or partnerships team. Ticket sales for 2026 are closed, and earlier information is clearly contextualised for visitors.
