Terms of Service

1. Services

Saturnz ID provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and digital consulting services as agreed in project-specific contracts.

2. Engagements

Each project engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such project-specific agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Saturnz ID retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Saturnz ID reserves the right to pause work on projects with outstanding invoices.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saturnz ID's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal remedies.
