Connected Attendance — From time records to payroll preparation
Connect attendance records with shifts, overtime, and payroll needs to reduce repetitive data transfers.
Business context
A business needed working-time records that supervisors and administrators could use together. We connected attendance devices with time management so clock-in and clock-out records became part of a shared operational workflow.
Where work was getting stuck
Paper records and standalone devices left attendance information scattered. Before payroll, staff had to reconcile clock-ins, shifts, and overtime. Supervisors also needed an attendance view without requesting separate summaries.
The priorities we addressed
We mapped information needs from attendance capture to payroll preparation. Device records were connected to shift, overtime, and leave management, with a central monitoring view for the responsible team.
How the system supports operations
Clock-in and clock-out records flow from attendance devices into the time management system. Supervisors can monitor attendance through a dashboard, while shift, overtime, and leave management support payroll data preparation.
