Project Overview
An enterprise needed a time management system that went beyond manual attendance, integrating with physical IoT devices to automate employee check-in and check-out and feed real-time data directly into a centralized management platform.
What needed to be solved
Attendance was managed with a combination of paper registers and standalone hardware with no system integration. Data was siloed, prone to manipulation, and required hours of manual reconciliation every payroll cycle.
How we tackled it
We designed an architecture that bridges IoT hardware with the web platform in real time, ensuring every check-in event is captured, validated, and reflected in the system immediately without manual intervention.
What we built
A time management platform integrated with IoT attendance devices (fingerprint and RFID), real-time attendance dashboard, shift and overtime management, leave integration, and automated export for payroll processing.
