An event organizer needed a full-featured digital ticketing platform to replace their manual ticket sales and physical check-in process, supporting events of varying scale with real-time sales visibility and seamless attendee management.
What needed to be solved
Tickets were sold manually through chat apps and cash payments, with no digital record of purchasers. Check-in at events was chaotic, fraud was possible, and the organizer had no real-time visibility into sales performance.
How we tackled it
We focused on the two most critical flows first: a smooth attendee purchase experience and a fast, reliable QR check-in system for venue staff.

A ticketing platform with event creation and management, tiered ticket pricing, online payment integration, QR code ticket delivery, mobile-optimized check-in scanner for staff, real-time sales dashboard, and attendee data export.
