Following a successful e-procurement implementation at another location, the same brand expanded its digital procurement system to their Cianjur branch, adapting and deploying the proven system for a new operational context.

The new branch was running the same manual procurement processes that caused issues at the original location. With the brand growing across cities, consistent procurement standards across branches became critical.
