Project Overview
A large automotive manufacturing company in Jakarta needed a digital solution to streamline employee services across multiple production plants. We built Employee Self-Service, an integrated application to improve employee productivity, convenience, and engagement.
What needed to be solved
The client faced challenges in employee service management efficiency, a lack of structured channels for sharing ideas and feedback, limited employee access to company information, and a strong need to digitize daily operations to boost overall productivity.
How we tackled it
We designed a modular system enabling employees to access services independently, with a per-plant dashboard giving management real-time production visibility across all facilities.
What we built
An employee self-service app with BMI Diary and health monitoring, a real-time production dashboard per plant, internal news and broadcast system, survey module, internal inbox and messaging, and a multi-plant dashboard covering Plants 1 to 5 and Head Office.
