Project Overview
A growing enterprise needed a centralized HR platform to manage employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, and performance across departments. We built a modular HRIS that consolidates all HR operations into one structured system.
What needed to be solved
HR operations were fragmented across spreadsheets and manual processes. Attendance records, leave requests, payroll calculations, and employee files were managed separately, causing delays, errors, and poor visibility for management.
How we tackled it
We structured the system around the core HR modules the team needed most urgently, building modularly so each component could be expanded as adoption grew across the organization.

A web-based HRIS with employee profile and document management, attendance and leave management, payroll calculation engine, performance review module, organizational structure mapping, and a management reporting dashboard.
