Project Overview
A cafe and event space brand needed a digital reservation system to manage table bookings and private event space rentals, replacing a WhatsApp-based process that was difficult to manage and prone to double bookings.
What needed to be solved
Reservations were handled manually through WhatsApp messages with no structured calendar or confirmation system. Double bookings happened regularly, staff coordination was inefficient, and customers had no reliable confirmation experience.
How we tackled it
We mapped the full booking flow from both the customer and admin perspectives, identified the exact friction points, then built a system optimized for clarity on both sides.
What we built
A reservation platform with an online booking form, real-time availability calendar, automated booking confirmation, admin dashboard for managing all reservations, and a notification system for both customers and staff.
