Leevin Property is a property company operating in apartment and house rentals and sales, serving more than 10 corporate clients and 100+ individual clients across Jakarta.
What needed to be solved
Marketing relied solely on word of mouth with no digital presence, transaction records were disorganized, unit inventory was never kept current, and client monitoring was near impossible.
How we tackled it
We focused on the two highest-impact areas: a public-facing website for new client acquisition, and an admin system to resolve the operational bottlenecks most limiting growth.
What we built
A real estate website with property listings, featured listings, apartment inquiry forms, search and filter by type and amenities, and a complete admin system for monitoring transactions and unit inventory.
