End-to-end e-procurement for a growing cafe and event space in Lumajang.
Project Overview
Magnolia Coffee and Space partnered with us to digitize their procurement and operational workflow by replacing manual paper-based processes with a structured, web-based e-procurement system.
What needed to be solved
All procurement and stock operations were handled manually with physical records. This led to untracked purchases, disorganized material requests, poor stock visibility, and a procurement cycle prone to errors and delays.
How we tackled it
We ran a ground-level discovery to map the exact procurement flow, from material request to purchase order to goods receipt, and built a system that mirrors and improves that exact process.
What we built
A web-based e-procurement system with multi-role access (Admin, Warehouse, User), stock monitoring, material request module, PR/PO/GR management, an analytics dashboard, and automated reporting.
